About Abby
CEO Coach Abby Donnelly, owner of The Leadership & Legacy Group, is a recognized expert on the leadership, strategy and people side of succession planning and exit. Abby skillfully guides business owners and their successors through the tricky interpersonal, cultural and emotional dynamics helping them achieve the outcomes they want.
Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, Abby is a 14-year veteran of Procter & Gamble where as a global consultant, she facilitated strategic planning, led process improvement efforts and managed manufacturing teams.
As a partner at Sandler Training in North Carolina, Abby gained firsthand experience buying into and later selling back an ownership stake in the franchise.
Abby is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Statistics and from SUNY at Albany with a BA in Mathematics. She lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband Jim.
